Edinburgh Book Festival – Marcus Sedgwick

Marcus Sedgwick had an event on Tuesday afternoon, where he read from his books, helped some members of the audience perform a short play, and wore horns.

This VTA (Very Tired Author) had just arrived from Sweden at 2am, where he had “almost” drowned, been cut by barnacles and stung by jellyfish. But after some help from a glass of wine with lunch, he had bought some new boots and was able to perform like he had had 8 hours sleep.
